Alternate Emails for RB2B Visitors

Find additional email addresses for RB2B-identified visitors - business email if you have personal, personal if you have business, or both if RB2B had none. Every email returned is graded A-F for deliverability risk, and you pick which grades to keep.
  • Find alternate emails for these RB2B-identified visitors
  • RB2B gave me work emails - find personal emails for these people too

What this skill does

Takes ProfileType = Person rows from an RB2B export and finds additional email addresses for each visitor using the LinkedIn URL. RB2B may have already provided a WorkEmail - this skill surfaces whatever else exists.

  • If RB2B has a business email to looks for personal email
  • If RB2B has no email to finds business email + personal email
  • Always checks both channels via linkedin_to_business_email and linkedin_to_personal_email

Inputs

  • RB2B CSV export - upload or paste. Uses ProfileType = Person rows.
  • Acceptable risk scores - which A-F deliverability grades to keep (recommended: A, B, C and F; D excluded)

Output

Name Company RB2B Email Business Email Risk Personal Email Risk
Jane Smith Acme Corp jane@acme.com jane@acme.com A jane.smith@gmail.com B
John Doe Initech - Not found - john.d@gmail.com C
Visitors processed: X
Additional emails found: X (X business, X personal)

Email risk scores:
  A: X B: X C: X D: X F: X
  kept (accepted grades): X
  filtered (excluded): X

Tips

  • Useful for deliverability - if business email bounces, personal email provides a fallback
  • Works on single visitors or a full list
  • For phone numbers too, use Enrich RB2B Visitors instead
  • Every returned email carries an A-F deliverability risk score; you're asked up front which grades to keep, and out-of-range grades are shown and flagged rather than silently dropped
