Conference Prep

What this skill does

A four-stage workflow for any conference or event: find attendees and speakers on LinkedIn, filter them against your ICP, enrich the top fits with MoltSets, and export linked Contacts and Companies to HubSpot. Given a conference name or URL, it runs an Apify LinkedIn post search (harvestapi/linkedin-post-search) for people who publicly posted that they're attending or speaking, tiers them Strong / Partial / Not-ICP, then enriches and pushes the strong fits to HubSpot.

It analyzes LinkedIn posts and their authors only — people who publicly wrote that they're attending or speaking. It does not scrape likers or commenters.

Two modes

• Before — build a pre-conference target list so you know who to meet.
• After — build a warm follow-up list of people who were there.

The skill always asks two things first: (1) which conference, and (2) preparing before or following up after.

When it activates

• "conference prep" / "prep me for [event]"
• "who's going to [conference]"
• "find attendees of [event]" / "build a target list for [event]"
• "follow up after [conference]" / "who did I miss at [event]"

How it works

1. Intake — asks which conference and before/after before doing anything.
2. Resolve the conference details (dates, official name, hashtags).
3. Find — Apify LinkedIn post search for genuine attendee/speaker posts.
4. Filter — match post authors against your ICP and tier them Strong / Partial / Not-ICP.
5. Enrich — MoltSets URL-based tools on the top tiers: reverse_linkedin_lookup, linkedin_to_best_email, optional linkedin_to_mobile_phone, and search_companies to confirm firmographics.
6. Export — create linked Contacts and Companies in HubSpot, then present the mode-specific plan.

Output

A tiered, enriched target list (verified title, company, location, email, optional phone) with linked HubSpot Contacts and Companies — framed as a pre-conference plan (before) or a follow-up plan (after). Optionally posts the plan to Slack.

Tips

• MoltSets consumes account credits — the skill states the batch size and confirms before enriching.
• Because every record carries a LinkedIn URL from the scrape, enrichment uses the most reliable URL-based tools.
• If MoltSets returns no match, it proceeds with the LinkedIn-scraped data and flags the email as pending.
