MoltSets UGC Programme Terms

1. How the Programme works

1. Enrolled participants connect their LinkedIn account to Oxygen, our Programme partner. Oxygen publishes posts about MoltSets to the participant's LinkedIn account approximately [two] times per month.
2. In return, participants receive a discount of up to $297 per month on their MoltSets subscription, as described in section 5.
3. Oxygen is an independent third party. Your use of Oxygen is also subject to Oxygen's terms and privacy policy, which you must accept to take part.

2. Eligibility

1. To apply, you must:
   • have an active, paid MoltSets subscription in good standing, with no overdue payments;
   • be at least 18 years old;
   • have a genuine personal LinkedIn profile in your own name that is in good standing with LinkedIn;
   • have at least 5,000 LinkedIn followers;
   • average at least 30 likes per post on LinkedIn;
   • have LinkedIn content creation as an established part of your business model and how you generate revenue;
   • be an actual user of MoltSets.
2. Each person may enrol one LinkedIn profile, and each MoltSets account may have one enrolled participant.
3. We review every application and may approve or decline any application at our discretion, without giving a reason.
4. You are responsible for making sure your employer, clients, or any professional body you belong to permit you to take part, including any social media or outside-activity policies that apply to you.

3. Connecting your LinkedIn account

1. By enrolling, you authorise Oxygen to publish posts about MoltSets to your LinkedIn account on your behalf for as long as you are enrolled.
2. Your LinkedIn account must remain actively connected to Oxygen for you to earn the discount. If the connection is broken for any reason (for example, you revoke access, change your LinkedIn password, or the connection expires), you must reconnect within [7] days. If you don't, your enrolment ends under section 6.
3. You must comply with the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies at all times.

4. Programme posts

1. Posts are written by Oxygen in the style of Adam Robinson's LinkedIn posts and will be about MoltSets, its features, or how it's used.
2. Review. [Choose one: You'll have the chance to review each post before it's published and may reject it / Posts are published without prior review. If a post doesn't reflect your genuine experience or opinion, contact us and we'll arrange for it to be edited or removed.]
3. Retention. You must keep each Programme post published and publicly visible on your profile for at least 90 days after it's posted. During that period you must not delete, archive, hide, or restrict the visibility of the post, or edit it in a way that changes its meaning.
4. Honest endorsement. Posts must reflect your honest experience of MoltSets. If you stop using MoltSets or a post no longer reflects your view, tell us and we'll stop publishing on your behalf.
5. Engagement. You must not use paid engagement, bots, engagement pods, or other artificial methods to boost Programme posts.
6. Content licence. You grant MoltSets and Oxygen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, share, and quote Programme posts, including your name and profile photo as shown on the post, in MoltSets marketing materials. This licence continues after you leave the Programme for posts published while you were enrolled.

5. The discount

1. While enrolled, you receive a discount of up to $297 per month on your MoltSets subscription fee.
2. The discount cannot exceed the price of your plan. If your plan costs less than $297, your subscription fee is reduced to $0. Any unused portion is not carried over, credited to your account, or paid out.
3. The discount applies to the monthly subscription fee only. It does not apply to phone token purchases, add-ons, overages, or any other charges.
4. The discount is earned for each full billing period in which you remain enrolled, with your LinkedIn account connected to Oxygen and in good standing, and is applied to your following invoice. Your first discounted invoice is the one after your first full billing period of enrolment. The discount is not applied retroactively to periods before your enrolment was approved.
5. The discount is calculated against the subscription fee on the invoice it's applied to, up to $297. If you change plans, the new plan price is used from your next invoice.
6. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless we agree in writing.
7. The discount has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
8. Tax. You are responsible for any tax obligations that arise from receiving the discount in your jurisdiction.

6. Loss of enrolment

1. Your enrolment ends automatically, and you stop earning the discount from your leaving date (see section 7.2), if:
   • LinkedIn suspends, restricts, or bans your account, for any reason;
   • your LinkedIn account stays disconnected from Oxygen beyond the period in section 3.2;
   • your MoltSets subscription is cancelled, lapses, or has an overdue payment;
   • you breach these terms or the MoltSets Terms of Service.
2. If you delete, hide, or edit a Programme post within the retention period in section 4.4, we may end your enrolment and recover any discount applied for the billing period(s) in which that post was published.
3. If we believe you've enrolled using false information, a fake or third-party LinkedIn profile, or have otherwise acted fraudulently, we may end your enrolment immediately and recover any discount already received.

7. Leaving the Programme

1. You can leave at any time by contacting support at support [AT] moltsets.com.
2. Your leaving date is the date we receive your request, or the date your enrolment ends under section 6, whichever comes first.
3. You earn no discount for the billing period in which your leaving date falls, and no discount is applied to any invoice issued after your leaving date.
4. When you leave, Oxygen will stop publishing new posts. Posts already published remain subject to the retention period in section 4.4.

8. LinkedIn account risk

1. You understand that connecting third-party posting tools to your LinkedIn account carries some risk, including the possibility that LinkedIn restricts or suspends your account.
2. To the extent permitted by law, MoltSets is not responsible for any action LinkedIn takes against your account, or any loss of connections, followers, content, or business opportunities resulting from it. Losing access to your LinkedIn account does not entitle you to compensation or continued discounts.

9. Privacy

1. To run the Programme, we share your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and other LinkedIn account data with Oxygen. Oxygen processes this data under its own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for more.

10. Changes to the Programme

1. We may change these terms, the discount amount, or the Programme at any time. We'll give you at least [30] days' notice by email of any change that reduces your discount or materially changes your obligations. Changes to the discount amount apply from the first billing period that starts after the notice period ends.
2. We may end the Programme at any time with at least [30] days' notice. If the Programme ends part way through a billing period, [we'll apply a prorated discount for that period to your next invoice].
